Yummy salads can be made by mixing fruits and vegetables. Adding sweet corn to this mixture makes the salad taste just wonderful. Here is a recipe that brings the best out of a blend of corn, fruits and vegetables. Give it a try!
Ingredients: (Serves two)
Sweet corn kernels – ½ teacup
Sweet lime – 1 no, peeled, deseeded
Pomegranate seeds – ¼ teacup
Capsicum – cut into small pieces, 2 tablespoons
Cabbage – shredded, 1 teacup
Salt – to taste
Peppercorns – 6-8no, ground coarsely
Sugar – ½ teaspoon

Method:
Place corn kernels in a vessel and steam for 5-10 minutes
in a pressure cooker. Once ready, remove from the cooker and allow it to cool.
