I have always been fond of money plant (golden pothos), as it can be grown practically anywhere. Money plant in a bottle of water can be used to enhance home decor. This was a study of money plant leaves using poster colors on paper. I was pleasantly surprised to find this decade old, unframed work intact in my collection!
The study was executed on paper using poster colors in ‘gouache’ or opaque method. I have used white directly to show the light reflexion on the bottle and water; as well as to lighten the colors when required.
