Mango Milk Shake (மாம்பழச் சாறு)

During summer, especially being the mango season, this is the ideal drink to prepare for the evenings. Mango milk shake is a very simple recipe and can be made in a jiffy. It is cool, healthy, tasty and filling, especially for kids who are averse to eating raw fruits. Here we go... 

Ingredients: (Serves two)
Mango – peeled and cubed, 1 no
Milk – ½ tumbler or 100ml measure
Sugar – 4-5 teaspoons, adjust to taste
Water – ½ tumbler or 100ml measure 
Mango Milk Shake (மாம்பழச் சாறு)

Method: Wash the mango, peel and cut the flesh into cubes. Boil milk and cool to room temperature. Blend the mango cubes, water, sugar and milk in the mixer very well. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes. Serve chilled. Simple and easy! 

Note: I have used 'Banganapalli' mango (பங்கனபள்ளி மாம்பழம்) for this recipe. You may use any variety of mango to prepare this milk shake.
