Two-in-one Cooler
Method: Wash the mango, peel and cut the flesh into cubes. Boil milk and cool to room temperature. Blend the specified quantity of mango cubes, sugar and milk in the mixer very well.

De-seed and cube water melon. Blend the specified quantity of water melon cubes and sugar separately.

Now fill a tall glass up to half with the mango juice. Pour gently the water melon juice on top of mango juice up to the brim of the glass. Water melon juice, being thinner in consistency than mango juice stays on top. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes. Garnish with cashew nuts. Serve chilled.

Note: I have used 'Banganapalli' mango (பங்கனபள்ளி மாம்பழம்) for this recipe. You may use any variety of mango to prepare this cooler.
