Apple Dessert


Apples can be cooked and served as dessert. Try this easy dessert made with only a few ingredients. Children will enjoy it!

Ingredients:
Apples – 2 no
Lemon juice – ½ teaspoon
Condensed milk – 1 tablespoon
Sugar – 4-5 teaspoons (adjust to taste)
Mace powder – 2 pinches

Method: Wash, peel, core apples and cut them into cubes. Boil the apple pieces with ½ teacup (100ml) of water on low flame till the fruit is cooked. Switch off the fire. Mash the cooked apple with a ladle very well. Add sugar, mace powder and condensed milk. Mix well. Cook on a low flame till the water is fully absorbed. Remove from fire. After the dessert cools to room temperature, refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve chilled.
