Tomato chutney can be eaten along with breakfast items like
idly, dosa or uppuma as well as chappati, paratha or tortilla. You can also use
it as a base to make other gravies.
Ingredients:
Onions – 1
no, chopped
Tomato – 3
no, cut into small pieces
Red chilli
powder – ¾
teaspoon
Turmeric
powder – ½ teaspoon
Salt – ¾
teaspoon (adjust to taste)
Oil – 2
teaspoons
Mustard
seeds – ½ teaspoon
Curry leaves
– a few
