Salads can be made wholesome by adding ingredients like pasta. Here is a recipe that combines sweet lime, capsicum and macaroni. It goes well with continental spread. However, you can serve this salad as in-between-meal snack!
Ingredients: (Serves two)
Elbow macaroni – ½ teacup
Capsicum – cut into small pieces, 2
tablespoons
Sweet lime – 1 no, peeled, deseeded
Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
Pepper corn – 4-5, coarsely ground
Oregano – ¼ teaspoon
Salt – to taste

Method: Boil macaroni in 1½ teacup
(300ml) of water and required salt till it is cooked al dente (cooked, but firm
to bite). Drain, run through cold water and keep aside.
