Method: Dry roast rolled oats in a kadai on medium flame for a couple of minutes. Allow it to cool. Heat oil in a kadai; add mustard seeds, and when they start to sputter, add urad dhal and Bengal gram dhal. Sauté till the dhals turn golden brown. Add the chopped onion and sauté till it turns transparent. Now add green chilli, boiled green peas and curry leaves and mix well. Pour in 1 teacup of water. Add required salt and bring it to boil.
